The main differences between a miniature pressure cooker and a pressure cooker are as follows:

Different working pressures
The pressure of the miniature pressure cooker is less than 1.2 atmospheres when working;

Different effects of heating food
The micro pressure cooker cooks faster than a regular pot without affecting the taste and nutrition of the food;
A high temperature and high pressure environment is formed inside the pressure cooker, and the re-cooked food is very crisp, but the high working pressure destroys the nutrition.

Different security and ease of use
The miniature pressure cooker has a simple structure and is convenient to use. The shell can be opened during use, and there will be no hidden danger of overpressure explosion;
The structure of the pressure cooker is more complicated, the use is more complicated, and there are many precautions. The case cannot be opened during use, only after the air pressure has dropped. There is a safety hazard of overpressure explosion.

Order timeline
