It’s nearly barbecue season, and if you plan to start grilling and smoking meats, you should consider buying lean or getting a fat trimmer. Not only is it better for your health, but the meat will cook and ultimately taste of higher quality. If meat contains too much fat, you may end up with an extra greasy meal; too much silver skin, and it will be tough to chew.

The Qwick Trimmer has a razor sharp, stainless steel blade to remove fat and silver skin (a thin membrane of connective tissue) in just a few scrapes. To use, make parallel cuts with one hand while keeping your other on the meat to hold it steady. This allows you to make long, easy cuts, rather than chipping away at bits with a knife, which is both tedious and potentially dangerous.

Order timeline

How long till I receive my order?

Although we keep stock of certain items, we promote a huge range of product. For that reason, we need to pre-order stock as needed from our importer.

In order to do this as sufficient possible, we consolidate weekly orders by a Monday, 19:00. 

Items will normally be delivered within 5 - 7 working days after payment was received unless otherwise stated.
